Our story begins far back when we were just teenagers, where our deep passion for fitness started. From that point forward the growing and learning process started through research, conferences, courses, workshops, personal training, professional education and professional practice, which after 25 years helped us achieve all the knowledge we want to share with our customers today.

We offer constant ongoing support. Also, there are no mass or comun meal plans, since every individual has a different body and conditions, the response will be different, hence the need for a personalized meal and training plan.
